Refund policy

Each piece from Mission to Source is handmade with care and intention. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to support you.

Returns are accepted for items that arrive faulty or damaged. Where possible, we will offer a repair or replacement. If this isn’t suitable, a refund may be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Because our pieces are handmade and often made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchasing if you’re unsure about sizing or fit.

Returned items must be unworn and in original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
